The Catch-up Center's Four week, virtual support program is effective and ensures that your student has a better academic outcome for the upcoming school year. See the process of applying to this program below. We offer programs in math, reading, and/or writing!
How to Apply
Complete the Application Form.

Submit Supplemental Documents.

Please provide 1 year of data, such as your student's report cards, teacher observations, Powerschool information, and IEP/504 plan (if applicable. These documents are required so that we can better support your student.
First Cohort Date: June 15th - July 10th
Second Cohort Date: July 20th-August 14th

We will review your application and request any additional information if needed. We will contact you via email or phone to begin the program and to confirm program session times for your student.
